Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on TomCruiser company bags and trolleys within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Return Process:
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
