When you purchase from Tom Cruiser, we make every trip as smooth as possible with our best-in-class warranty. If your luggage has a manufacturing defect, we’ll provide a replacement or a repair kit—so you can get back on the road in no time.

Luggage

Every Tom Cruiser suitcase is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

The following damage when it is due to a manufacturing defect:

    Cracks or breaks in the shell
    Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that break off and are no longer usable
    Zippers that can no longer be opened or closed
    Fabric tears that render front pocket fabric non-functional

We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the warranty conditions.

Cosmetic damage: Non-functional changes in appearance that occur during normal handling of luggage.

“As-is” / previously owned / unauthorized sales: Any goods sold “as-is,” previously owned, or sold by unauthorized resellers.

Bags & Accessories

All Tom Cruiser bags & accessories are backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

The following damage when it is due to a manufacturing defect:

Surface changes: Changes in fabric or chipping of metal or painted elements.

Non-defective parts: Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the product or in a set you purchased.

“As-is” or unauthorized sales: Any goods sold “as-is,” previously owned, or sold by unauthorized resellers.

For minor, easy-to-fix damage, we’ll send you a repair kit.

For larger issues, we’ll repair or replace your item. If an in-house repair or replacement is required, we’ll help you ship your damaged item back to us.

If you don’t know the order number, please provide your gifter’s full name and email address and we’ll take a look.

If your original item is unavailable, we’ll provide a comparable Tom Cruiser product of equal or greater value. (Colors or limited-edition features may differ based on availability.)
